Welcome kiwichick!

I've been wearing a pedometer at work and I find it's make me conscious about increase my movement and encouraging me to take the stairs instead of the elevator.

good luck with your exercise!

I went out today and I would say that I did about 3/4's of an hour.
I must find my ped so I can also keep track of my progress.

Good going kiwichic and Spideranne!

I'm not sure how what the distance is in miles, just that it takes 35 minutes to get there. I should find out, shouldn't I.

Today - 30 minute walk at lunch, 20 minute walk after dinner.

I had the best workout yesterday. 40 minutes on the eliptical and then about 20 minutes on this weigh machine that is all core related stuff. I had no idea what the machine is called. It is just fun to do.
After went out and had a lovely and healthy breakfast!
