Default Smoothies for Summer!

Ok, I have heard SO many good recipes from everyone for smoothies, but I stupidly did not write them down when I read them and they are in a few threads.

I am psyched about smoothies, especially now that it's summer! Please share your ideas!

I think I heard something about PB in one?!?!?!

I think it depends on your serving size per you color. For example, in my Gold book, it says 8 oz skim milk for 1D. And I'm gonna try it out tomorrow night!!

Ok ladies, I am drinking it right now and it's good! My blender is acting up so there are ice and bananna chunks floating in it, but it's SO good.

You can add 1tbsp SF chocolate syrup as a condiment too to jazz it up.

My other favorties I use 1/2 cup flavored yogurt and 1/2 cup of milk to make up a full dairy.
I mix 1/2 mango and 12 strawberries for 2 Fruit
1/2 banana and 3/4 cup blueberries (2 Fruit)
1/2 cup orange juice and 1/2 banana (2Fruit)

My afternoon one I use 1 cup milk, 1 cup cold coffee and ice cubes to make my own mocha or 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt to thicken it up.

Enjoy!
