Question looking for pineapple fluff recipe

Hi,

about 15 years ago i attended Weight Watchers and the leader gave out her personal recipe for a non-fat, super low-cal thing she called pineapple fluff. I remember that it had no-fat yogurt, crushed pineapple and plain gelatin. You had to measure it out, blend it in the blender, dissolve the gelatin in hot water, mix it all up and then put it in the fridge to gel. It was absolutely fabulous, but for the life of me, I can't remember the procedure or the ingredient amounts. Every time I try to make this, it comes out really runny.

Does anyone out there know of a similar recipe? Or have any suggestions?

thanks

Mix dry pudding mix into pineapple. Fold Cool Whip
