Hi! I'm new!
Hi, I just came across this board a few days ago, and wanted to introduce myself. My name Is Bryanna, and I am a (almost) 19 year old college freshman. I am 5'11'', and started on my diet January 2,2002, at the top weight of 281 pounds. Since then, I have lost a little over 30 pounds, and I am going to stick to it until I weigh 150 lbs. Sooooo.. thats me!!! Talk to you all later! Bry

Wow thanks Tracy! Let's see... I started on my diet when I was home for a month for winter break. I ate a lot of cereal and fruit, and did about a half hour on the exercise bike about every other day or so. Now that I am at school, the eating has gotten harder (not-so-healthy dining hall) but I manage. I still eat a lot of cereal and fruit, and also salads, pasta, and yogurt, stuff like that. For exercise, I go to the gym and do an hour on the bike or bike and treadmill every day, if I have time. I usually end up going about 6 days per week. So thats how its been going so far!! Talk to you later. Bry

Lol Tracy! I have lots of little secrets....
Chocolate cravings? U can buy fat free choc pudding cups with like 90 calories. Kudos granola bars - lots of good choc flavors, only 90 cals and 2.5 grams of fat!
Munchies? fat-free caramel popcorn (it does exist!), sour cream and onion mini rice cakes- soooooo good, Lucky Charms, etc.
Thirsty? Ever tried Crystal Light? My favorite flavor is strawberry-kiwi, its better than water with only five cals. Let me know if I can give you any more ideas!

Hey Tracy, I'm ok. I JUST finished eating my second piece of birthday cake, even though I promised myself I wouldnt. I guess we all have those days though. I will be back at it tomorrow.
