Default I think I get to FINALLY change my ticker!
Well, after being stuck at 219-220 since August, I was really starting to wonder if I was going to have to make some drastic changes to get that stupid scale to start moving again I saw 215 for a few days in a row now (had to keep checking cause I couldn't believe my eyes ) I think it's TIME!!!!!!

That is so cool!!!! Inspires me to not give up. I've been the same way. Actually have been fluctuating between the same few lbs for months and months also and it is sooo tempting to say just forget it. Alot of mine I know is fluid retention ( I actually went from 197 to 208 in 2 days recently!) But fluid or fat ...it's still depressing to see the scale sit there or go UP! Maybe soon I'll be able to give the same positive report you gave. Thanks for posting it!!
