Default Everyone weigh in 04/27/07

It's this weeks super amazing official 3FC general weigh in thread. Accept no substitutions! Everyone is welcome to join, just jump in whenever your official weigh in day rolls around. Good luck, all!

Me: 178, down .5 pounds from last week. A pleasant surprise, given that I had a fairly disastrous weekend that included encounters with fried chicken and an overly large sundae made with cookie dough ice cream, waffle cone pieces and chocolate syrup. It was pretty yum. Man, I remember when I ate that way pretty much all the time. Well, it's okay to do that once in a while, but I really like it when I can report that I'm a bit closer to goal.

Excellent week for me, down 4lbs!! I deserve it; last week I was so good and had a zero loss
I did some exercise this week , and my only off plan indulgence was an ice cream sandwich I wasn't even craving..I have a super sore throat and boy did it feel better for awhile after that creamy goodness slid on down..lol
SO down to 9lbs gone in 5 weeks..yay!

Great week for me too. Down two pounds from last weigh in. Just those two pounds and already I feel better.

Congrats Tealeaf, I bet you felt great when you found you had lost (oh and thanks for the chocolatey cookie doughy waffly craving I now have ). Natalia wow! 4 pounds is awesome in one week. I wish it was like that every week for me!

I'm down 1/2-pound from last week. Was hoping for more but I know that eventually the scales will catch up with me. Have a great weekend everyone!

Down a pound. Was hoping for a little bit more but had a really big dinner last night so can't complain, I guess.

Woot! Just 12lb away from my short term goal weight now.

Down half a pound...I was down more like a pound or pound and a half earlier in the week, so I think my salty dinner last night may be taking revenge. But even if it is just half a pound, they do add up.

Still 165.5, meaning I gained a half pound. I think it's mostly water retention because I have been curbing my calories. Hm...might not be enough. Anyway, I'm leaving for a 5 day trip and I'm planning on eating healthy because I won't be able to exercise (this is fact, I'm actually quite upset about it) so let's hope I stay the same. Grrr...

Haha, this is funny! I thought I was the only person that started their weeks on friday!

Down 5 pounds this week from 215 to 210! Boy I love how the weight just falls off when you first start (this was my first week), hopefully I can keep it up when it starts slowing down. I was very good this past week, exercised 5 out of the 7 days, made good food choices almost 100% of the time. My one indulgence this week was a steak gorgonzola alfredo dish when we went out to Olive Garden last Sunday, but I was able to keep myself from pigging out and I only ate 1/2, then had the other 1/2 the next day for lunch.

And on another good note I'm only 11 lbs. away from my first mini goal - to make it to ONEderland!!

Cheers to a great week ahead of us!

I'm so bummed. I got down to 154.6 and I weighed in this morning at 156. I am right in the middle of the happiest time of the month so I am hoping that is the reason for the raise. I haven't been working out as much due to school and finals and work but I have been sticking to the diet. I'm just bummed. I have a formal event this weekend to go to and I don't want to look all bloated after I worked this hard.

Up one pound, supposedly, to 167. Not stressing. as long as the tape measure is moving down, then i may just have to wait on the scale to move down too.

I seem to be down a pound this week, against all the odds. I've now reached my original goal! Hooray! I have moved my goal down another two pounds because I would *really* like to lose a little weight off my thighs. At the moment it is coming off my chest instead!!! Eeek!

I think I'm stuck at 144 I think I need to do a little tweaking on the food and exercise. Oh well, no gain so I'll be happy about that.

Congrats everyone on your losses!

167.5, down 2 full pounds from last week even though it's my TOM and my waist is bloated out 4 inches! O_O DOES NOT COMPUTE! (I'm not going to complain, though.)

It appears that I was correct to up my calories. I'm amazed at how much my body actually needs...
