Thanks for the reminder.
I'm definitely getting the recommended 10 cups a day of water, if not more.
I'm incredibly thirsty all the time and that feels really encouraging. I assume
the extra thirst is because I'm burning fat and it's dumping ketones in my
blood. Maybe the thirst is in my head, but I'm going to assume it's a
concrete sign of making progress. The only problem is that I sometimes
forget to keep the water coming and then my thirst makes my hunger
worse. (Which I guess is like what you said, where drinking more water
makes the hunger less.)

It sounds like you're commuting to work by bike, is that right? That's
really impressive. What is your routine? Do you change clothes after you
get to work? (Sorry if you explained in a previous post that I missed.)
