Default Experiment results
Not only did I kill the 3 I gained I lost 1 more. I think I am on to something here,no lites and citrus only for fruits And my lemon and water.

WTG!!! I find I get good results this way as well.........did you boost up a color plan when you dropped the lites????

Now you have me tempted that even though I'm stabalizing that knocking the one lite a day out now rather than doing maitenence in 40 days might be a good idea.

I am on gold plan no FF just plain old good food I did up protein from 4 to 6 or whatever it is,so I dont know if this constitutes as another plan or not.
I am going to continue without the lites for another week and see what happens.I work odd hours so they dont really bother me about the 3 times a week weigh in.
Marzbe: I would give it a try for a week and see what happens..............
