Default 36 pounds GONE

Woo-hooo! I finally achieved my second mini-goal. Today the scale read 279 It took me longer to reach this mini-goal than I had originally planned. (March was a total wipeout.) But I am back in the groove again. My next mini goal is to get below 270, hopefully before Memorial Day.

36 pounds is amazing! And even if it took you longer than you had hoped, think of it this way: that's more time spent getting adjusted to your new lifestyle, not just doing a temporary diet. Good luck on your next goal!

Boo-YAY!!!! Good for you!!

Hey 36lbs is also like, 11% of your original weight. Your body now 10+ % smaller. That just sounds so cool.

It's also just an amazing amount of weight to have actually lost. Go girl!
