According to that, you use 1734.05 just being alive. Just with light exercise, you're burning 2384.31 per day. To lose two pounds a week, you need to have a 1000 calorie deficit per day. That would mean you need to eat 1384 calories per day. If you exercise more, you'll need to eat more. If you don't eat enough, you're body will resort to burning muscle = really really bad.
