Good morning everyone. Here's hoping we all have a great week, full of healthy, nutritious food and on plan eating and exercise. Oh and a weightLOSS would be nice as well.
I am down 1lb!!!. To 167 lbs. Which brings my total weightloss, gosh I still can't believe it - to 120 lbs.
Although I don't officially weigh in until Friday, I'm happy to report that I lost that 3 lbs I gained from that office party on Thursday. I won't go off plan like that again for a long time. It sucks having to lose the same weight twice!
My new scale MOVES - I am down 1 pound since I got it! (technically 2, but that first day I didn't think it was fully settled). Phew, at this rate I'll be back to 219 in NO time!
I just joined the website a few minutes ago, and I admit that I am finding the amount of information a bit overwhelming. I am hoping that this is a good place to start. Reading everyone's messages about dropping pounds (and fractions of pounds) is very inspiring. Congratulations! Any suggestions about where to begin?? Thanks in advance.
