Hello all, I am new to this website. My main reason for joining is because I am getting married at the beginning of August and I have lost the motivation to lose weight. I thought that this website might be a good way to get some support! I am currently on weight watchers so I'd appreciate any advice anyone has on how I could get back on track!
Just wanting to get back on track is a good sign. I've found the best way to get and stay motivated is to have someone who holds you accountable. Find someone, either on here or in "the real world", who you tell your weight to each week, or every other week. Having to say the number to someone is scary, but you'll want them to be proud, so it'll be a good motivator.
