Default Lost 30 lbs

Managed to lose 20 lbs since I started walking. Found out how much weight I lost at my doctor visit this morning. Both my dr. and I are very happy.

Teresa!
Yeah!!!
That is so wonderful.. I BET your Dr. thought that was great.. did he ask you how you were doing it?

My Dr. has never said a word to me.. it sort of makes me mad.. even at my highest weight.. he said nothing..

lots of carrots for you honey!

Before I satareted my weight loss, I had a check up with my doctor. She and I made sure i was up to being able to walk for exercise. And she got me in touch with a ggreat nutritionist. What ascared me into losing the weight was going in and having my blood pressure be 130/90 on two different visits back to back. Until then it had alway been 120/70.
