Have kept my nose to the grind stone the last three days. Exercise, eating right. I am thinking that perhaps I should get a scale so that my portion control would actually be "controlled portions".
I must say I love the feeling of being full, I know I must address this relationship I have with food.
One thing that has been working for me after supper, I keep a package of gum very, very handy, in clear view, so I pop some gum into my moth as soon as supper is over. This way I am not eating all the leftovers!
