Default 20lbs!

my first mini goal is to be 20lb lighter i dont quite know wether to set myself a time limit of 6 weeks?? that seems realistic considering the ammount i have to loose i weighed this morning and have kept a note on my card..
so lets see..wooohooooo

let me just add although ive lost 30 lb ive been stuck at this weight so this a new start and a refresh of all my ways and 20lb is the goal because of that

Hiya. By all means set a goal to lose 20lbs but give yourself a break on the time limit please. 20lbs is an awful lot to lose in that short time period and to be honest you are just setting yourself up for dissapointment. Take it easy on yourself....slow and steady wins the race.
