Default For all you Peanut Butter Lovers

My sister told me about a great tasting peanut butter that only has about 5g fat per serving and 54 cals...compared to 16g fat and 190 cals for regular peanut butter...tried it yesterday at her house and it is GREAT!!!....check it out at www.bellplantation.com
only thing is, you have to order 4 jars minimum...cost is 22.96, includes shipping....and i dont get any kickbacks!!, but i am happy that i can enjoy my peanut butter without guilt...

What are the 'filler' ingredients to make it so low cal and fat? I've just tried Smucker's Natural Style Reduced Fat Peanut Butter that is 200 for 2 tablespoons and 110 fat calories or 12 grams of fat. I like it very much. The only ingredients are peanuts, salt, and maltodextrin which is made from corn starch.

there are no fillers...they dry roast the nuts, then they press out the oil and grind the peanuts into a powder...you mix the powder with water or skim milk....it is very good....

I LOVE the Kraft all natural. I use it almost daily. It's almost as good as the normal, sugary, fatty, salty, preservativy normal stuff

bell plantation's PB2 is yummy, although IMO they need to cut down on the salt. It's just too salty and I am used to salted natural peanut butter.

you wont be sorry you ordered it...it doesnt stick to your mouth like regular peanut butter either...it is more creamy and smooth...and you can make it as thick as you want it
