Well the name of the Gym is Conturs it is an all womens gym we do weight training cardio and the big ball that some people use " love doing that "!! We also have tredmills, stair stepper, this thing that looks like a grasshopper you set on it and put your hands on the handle and pull your self up like in a big "crunch" we also have the ab machine and the ab cruncher. I have a gym buddy so it is SO MUCH fun when we go!!! I try to go 3x a week but with being a FULL time STUDENT it is very very hard
But I love doing it!!!
