Superfoods RX isn't really a diet, more of a philosophy and I definitely follow it. There are two books but I believe the first one is a better book. Definitely read through it.

Here is the second book: SuperFoods: Healthstyle

I loved the first book, but found the second book a little redundant. It organizes the foods by season, which is helpful, but repeats all the foods from the first book as well as adding new foods. It also includes techniques for a healthy life style - meditation, exercise, etc. I own the first book, but I checked the second book out of the library. I photocopied all the great recipes before I returned it

I ordered that book yesterday too. I'm really looking forward to it.

I think I'm going to see if our library has it. I like to check books out before buying them becuase we have WAY too many books in the house.

I checked out the first book from the library before buying, and I would say that anyone interested in the wholefoods way of eating would definitely benefit from this book! I love it.

I love this book and I definitely switched to a more "whole foods" way of eating after I read it. I don't follow any "diet" per se, except I am on Weight Watchers auto-pilot, so I incorporate superfoods into my daily points as much as possible. I have to say, since I eat hardly ANY junk at all anymore, I have NO (as in ZERO, ZIP, NADA, NONE!) cravings for anything!!
