Good Morning everyone!
I wanted to real quick write a post. I'm new here, and i have 118lbs until my goal. I'm already down 28 lbs since Feb 1, so I'm getting there, slowly but surely!
My name is Stacey, and I live in Atlanta, Ga. I'm 25, and I work for a large freight/shipping company in Revenue Management.
I've recently started weight training with a co-worker 4 days a week (it's oh so much more fun when you have a hot boy that you trust push your limits), and I try to do cardio at least 5 times a week. I've kind of been falling behind on that, so my goal for this week is to actually get it done.
I'm on a low-calorie, low fat, lower in carb, high protien, partially liquid diet. It's similiar to doing slimfast or optifast, but lower in sugar than slimfast, and i'm not doing all liquid like most people do on optifast.
Well, I just wanted to say Hi and let you all know that I've been lurking around a little bit, and think that this is a great group!
