B: 2 pkg cheese grits, cofee, 1/2 banana

S: 1/2 banana

L: salad with imitation crab meat, broccoli, cauliflower and diet sprit.


I cheated this weekend, grilled cheese sandwich with a frozen chinese shrimp soup thing and ice cream. I hate that time of the month all you want to do it eat.

Breakfast - 1/2 cup steel cut oats, 1/2 cup blackberries, 1/4 t. cinnamon, 1/4 t. agave nectar, 2 cups black coffee

snack - 1/3 cup homemade hummus (NO oil) 1 cup baby carrots

lunch - 1 mini WW flat wrap, 2 T. natural peanut butter, sliced cucumbers and a sliced tomato

snack - 1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt, 1/2 cup berries, 1/4 c. Uncle Sam High Protein cereal

Dinner - grilled tilapia, roasted asparagus, 1/2 c. brown rice, salad

Went shopping today and was gone all day so no snacks were squeezed in anywhere.

B - Slimfast Optima
L - Subway 6" turkey on whole wheat w/ lettuce, tomato, no cheese, a little mustard and a bag of Baked Lays.
D - stirfry vegetables and a little shrimp, brown rice, and a banana wrapped in a ww tortilla w/ 1 tbsp natural peanut butter (THANKS to whoever on this site gave me that fabulous banana idea!!! LOVE IT!!!).
S - (if necessary) 1 c cantaloupe chunks

I did make sure to get my water in, even though I was out all day. I think I did ok! Calories - 1199

Breakfast - 2 low carb WW tortillas, 2 oz FF cheese, peppers
Wondering why I wanted Quesedillas for breakfast again. lol
Snack - baby carrots, 4 TBS hummus
Lunch - lettuce, homemade 5 bean salad
Snack - apple, string cheese
Dinner - 1/2 cup egg beaters, 1 cup mushrooms, 1 ounce FF cheese, 1 cup asparagus
Snack - 8 oz FF yogurt, banana

We went out to eat last night at a mexican restuarant. I cant believe how fattening that stuff is or how I can gain that many pounds over night!

Cara - It's all the sodium in the food, I'm sure. Drink lots of water today, and maybe even a mug or two of hot lemon water and that should help flush things out.
