My first day to my new life!
Well today is the first day of my new life. I went yesterday to LAWL and signed up, what a great place! I look forward to all of us loosing the weight and supporting each other. I have been reading all of the great things all of you have to say about LAWL. Good luck to everyone!

That's really great! But- don't expect it to be typical.. You'll be up and down just like the rest of us and you can't let that frustrate you, especially with that fantastic first week.
