Thumbs up Turbo Jam

Hey Everyone! I'm new to this site and it seems like this is a great network of support.

I'm a person who's always HATED exercize, but honestly, the reason I hate it is because I hadn't found anything fun yet. Going to a gym is never fun when you feel overweight, so I decided to try working out at home.

With the help of Turbo Jam tapes i've lost inches from my waist, hips, thigs and that jiggly place under the arms. It's amazing. It's fast! I'd recommend anyone to try these tapes out if you hate exercize. You can easily burn about 250-350 calories in 20 mins with their turbo workout!

I ordered TJ (and HHA) last week and cant wait to get it. They said it's back ordered though and that *hopefully* they'll get some in the first of the week.

Both of those sets look like a lot of fun.

Hi Shoogashayy, what is on the DVD that you have?? I'd recommend doing the learn and burn over and over again until you have it down pat. I had to do that quite a few times, i'm still not up to the 45 min video, but the 20 min video is great. Also, try the 'low impact' modifications, this makes it a bit easier!

Hello,Ladies! I just go my Turbo Jam last week and I have been doing it since Monday! I loooooove it!. I will get HHA tomorrow and I will do a combination on the two. They are so hyped and I been trying to keep up it goes fast but I am working really hard. The low modifications are lifesavers too! I am so excited about this program. I will start my 45 minute work out today to get a feel for it. As one said, do the learn and burn as many times as you need to get the steps and momentum going!

I am totally with you ladies! I love my turbo jam...

When I got "suckered" into an infomercial over a year ago and bought them I wasn't sure I'd actually use them, but once they showed up and I put them in I found out how much fun they are!

Learn and Burn practically lives in my DVD player... I'm just not coordinated for any more than that quite yet.

I have read a lot about Turbo Jam and am wondering what the big difference between it and Tae Bo is? I went on the Turbo Jam website and it looked somewhat similar to Tae Bo. I have Tae Bo and have yet to really get into it because I am so uncoordinated. Is Turbo Jam easier to get used to?

I find TJ to be similar to Taebo, just more fun. There are some complex moves, but you learn them eventually. It's like a dance party really.
