Hi South Beach Family!
I am back for yet ANOTHER run at this. I am going to go buy the book again this weekend and promise not to sell it off thinking I know everything! My fat self is back up to 228 pounds! Yes! I've gained 25 or so just since the wedding in September. It's time for a change.
I am having foot surgery on the 30th. But I want to be as healthy as possible before then and after. I am going through the receipe posts now and printing out stuff I think we'll both eat. Then, food shopping tomorrow.
Sure, I can't exercise like I used to but I can move a bit. And after the surgery, I will at least have physical therapy. I was most successful on South Beach and I need a regimented plan. I liked South Beach a lot and you chickies were ALWAYS helpful.
Sorry to keep leaving and coming back...but at least I come back, right? RIGHT?
DW and I are going to go on a semi-honeymoon (we never had one) in May. Just a few hours south for Memorial day weekend. I'd like to start fitting into my old clothes (including my bathing suit) by then.

back, beautiful Jenn! So thrilled to see you again! Glad you and DW have a chance to honeymoon...you totally deserve it! 
Yay! Hope you feel much better by then...being healthy for surgery is always a good thing. 
Oy! But I'm sure she's still super-supportive (like my DH), and that helps a lot!
