Is there a PLACE, other than HERE where I can track my Weight Loss charting??

does anyone know? Like a cutesy little progress chart (but for FREE)

Hi Janeen,

Another great site is sparkpe0ple dot com (sorry, the censors edit out the name). You can track your food, activity, weight, other goals (I track taking my vitamins, calcium, etc). I've used Fitday and like it, but I like sparkpe0ple a little better - the interface is slicker and I like the added motivation of collecting points for logging in, logging nutrition, activity, etc.

I use sparkpe.... too and love it. You can keep track of everything there. It will also create meal plans for you (not sure that would work now that I'm on LAWL but it's there). It will generate an exercise program for you, etc. You can put in your current weight, your desired weight and the day you want to reach that goal and it gives you ranges for all your caloric intake etc. Pretty nice.
