Default So, AFTER the Purple plan comes...

So AFTER the Purple plan, when I lose weight, what is the NEXT color plan I would be on???

And, what in particular changes in that new plan? less protein is it??

sorry for all my questions...

You would move to gold which is less protein and one less veggie.

Nope, and it's surprisingly easy to get used to it. I thought I'd die over the change, but it wasn't bad. Oh, also note that your carb cravers get a little smaller, like you only get one slice of pizza instead of two. THAT part DID make me sad, heh.

thanks!!! but you say "protein" so how much less protein, because honestly, I feel the protein amount on the PURPLE plan is quite a lot! no??

I think that is what is making me scared that I am going to be eating too much on PURPLE and then gaining weight, or, not losing as fast as I should be???

can someone clarify?

thanks again!! xoxo

2oz less for beef, fish and chicken. 2 eggs instead of 3. 1 veggie burger instead of 2. (That will be the hardest for me)

Thanks for the breakdown...

let me ask you this now... I'm eating FRESH turkey... but I can't figure out, should it be 7 ounces (for one serving of Protein) or is it 4 ounces???

I am SURE it should be the 7 ounces since it is freshly carved turkey and not the deli one...

but can you confirm this for me?? Thanks in advance!! I'm eating in NOW lol...
xoxo

The 7 oz is raw weight . . . sounds like you're carving cooked turkey-so that would be 4oz . . .

Well... I was told that the weight is raw and that if it's cooked you subtract one ounce for cooking. But deli meat - and it is deli meat unless it is carved off the bird right in front of you - is 4 oz. So either way I wouldn't worry about the 5oz too much.

You don't say what your starting weight is, your goal weight or your height, so not really sure. But, did you mention all this to your center? You would be moved up a plan for exercise that is consistenly 5hr/week or more and there is a blue plan for shiftworkers since they put n longer hours.
