Talking Been going to the gym for 2 months and I ran 5k today!
This is my first post. I've been reading off and on for over a year. Reading everyone's successes inspires me so much that I'd thought I shared my goal I reached!

I ran 5k today!!! I've never been a good runner and it made me sooo happy. I moved last summer and had to quit my gym. I found a new one around new years and joined. Since January I've been trying to go 3-5 times a week and practice running. At first, I couldn't even run for five minutes, but now I can run 5k! yayy!! Granted I'm slow.. but still! 5k is 5k!!!

I wonder what my next goal should be!

That's awesome! There's really no limit to what you can do when you know what you want and work for it. So remember what you're capable of and think big when setting your next challenge... which I know you will be back to report soon! Congrats hon.
