An army wife with a new attitude...55 lbs gone
OK
Here so here goes, this is the first time I have posted before and after pics. In the before pic I weigh approx. 225 lbs and in the after I weigh 178 lbs. I am 5'7" so I hope that puts it in perspective...I started on my weightloss journey January 2006 and the after is in June of 2006. I have about 30 lbs to go, but I am on my way! I have more that I want to post, but I just wanted to try this out. Hope it works...

congrats!!
well you have done a good job! i know it might be really hard to even lose like 10 pounds but you have done somthing not many people can do. you should be really proud of yourself! good luck with reaching your goal. i know you can do it.

Wow! You look great! I love the attitude. You actually look like 2 different people. I almost got up that far....and i'm going to get down to the 130's...so i'll definately be posting some pics when I get down there. I am already feeling better and I've only lost 13. You however are doing so great. So you are back at it? Great! You can get there!

You are beautiful! Look at the difference. Before, it was hard to tell you have a waist, but now, you have revealed a lovely hourglass shape to your body. Can't wait to find my hourglass ... Good job!
