I started the Hip Hop Abs yesterday, did 26 mins of the 30 min cardio workout. Today, as I assumed I would be, I'm sore. My lower and upper back between the shoulders hurts, my arms hurt, butt a little, and abs a little. You're supposed to do the workout every day for the first 6 days (cardio 2 days, then another thing, then cardio 2 days, then another thing, then rest on the 7th day). I'm considering trying to do the workout tonight but with the pain, should I wait? (hurts to roll my shoulders mainly, but my neck's sore too)
