Default My confession

I have been hovering 2-5 lbs over my ticker weight for quite some time now but I just couldn't face up to changing it. Well - I'm officially at my ticker now.

Whew - what a relief!

Good for you. I think quite a few people here do that... but being honest with yourself and those who support you is an important step. ^-^

(yeah, I've done that!!). I was up to 215, and my ticker said 213. Oh well I'm finally down to my ticker (at least I was on Monday, today, I am 1 lb more!). I only change it on Mondays though. You're not alone and congrats for gettting to your ticker weight!!

Good for you for making back to your ticker weight! I only change mine on my official weigh in day, no matter what happens, up or down, throughout the week.

I don't change mine until Wednesday which is my weigh in day. If I go up on Thursday, I wait to see what it is next week Wednesday. I think alot of us do that.

Lifeguard, good for you. I've thought about this before, how much I wouldn't wnat to change the number on my ticker so I can imagine the feeling. But the thing is, we can bring it down again past what it was. You're doing so well!

I really like your picture by the way. I feel happy just looking at the water, reminds me of warm weather and swimming!

Beautifulone - I had to change the pics around me to remind summer is coming. I shouldn't complain because we've had a real mild winter but I'm still getting itchy for the warmer weather. LOL - I tried to convince my dh to go camping with me this weekend but he wasn't having any of it.
