why are you eating mostly meat?

you will feel like crap for a while. It is your body detoxing.

Make sure you drink your water!!! Water helps to flush all that stuff out. Take something for the headache....in about 3 days you should be good.

Induction foods....check the link Kim provided, there are some great recipes there.

Veggiescelery
artichoke hearts
rhrubarb (this is awesome stewed w/splenda, then topped with whip cream)
eggplant
bean sprouts
green beans
bamboo shoots
spinach
broccoli
lettuce
cucumber
chard
zucchini
water chestnuts
cauliflower
cabbage
brussels
turnips
summer squash There are more, I just cant think of them

try this for a good listing... http://www.angelfire.com/super2/sher...tenonInduction

I'm an induction re-starter, so I know where you are coming from. One of things I had tonight was mashed cauliflower, sour cream, cheese, and butter. Just microwave the cauliflower until soft, mash with a masher, and add the rest of the ingredients, with salt and pepper to taste. I plan to use it in place of mashed potatoes.

Take care,
Julie
