10 Foods you should never eat
Interesting...
This list came from the same "watch dog" group that made a report about the nasty high calorie foods from Ruby Tuesdays.

Wow! It's amazing how many of those items I would have eatten "before". And now they don't even sound appealing. It never ceases to amaze me how much my outlook on food has changed in such a short time, just because I'm more aware of how what I eat affects how I feel.

I still eat the chipotle chicken burrito once in a while (NO cheese, NO sour cream) I do cut it in half, (a meal for 2 that way!) and I love them. I just fit it into my plan.

BLC(Before Lifestyle Change!) I used to love to go by myself to Barnes & Noble and get a sweet frozen coffee drink (the ones with all of that whipped cream and drizzled caramel sauce) size grande, of course....and browse the books. One of the things that made me not want to change my eating in the past was the feeling that I was going to be deprived of so many of my food/beverage enjoyments. I've since discovered...thanks to my 3FC friends!...that I can still enjoy life with an adjusted and planned food and beverage list. Now, I go to Barnes & Noble and get a tall skinny sugar free Cinnamon Dolci Latte. I still get my treat, it is plan approved and it tastes great!

I adore Chipotle, I get the burrito bol - no tortilla (saves like 330 calories/9 grams of fat - for the tortilla alone!) My standard order - chicken bol, no beans, 2 scoops pico, a little hot salsa, tons of romaine, 1/2 guac on side!
Here's a link to calculate the individual ingredients at Chipotle (I find it handy):

What a suprise that a four-hamburger hamburger is full of calories.
Really, is this news?

Oh my...printed that off for home. #4 - Everlasting Dove. That would be hubby's dessert of choice. Think I'll just clip it to the fridge and see what he says!

i was disappointed to see Dove on the list. Hubby and I decided we will never stick to a diet if we can't have ice cream so we get one treat per week, usually Haagendaz though. I'm sure they are all pretty close.I will say that I will eat out of those little containers 3 or 4 times through the week not in one sitting like before.
According to our calorie king book Burger King is the best choice if you're going to cheat and have a burger,but... definitely not that one. Although now I want it. Damn!

On the days when I have to have my venti soy mocha (no whip) from Starbuks, it counts as breakfast.
