Ithas been four weeks, and I have lost 7.5 pounds using the food mover plan, which I just love. New goal: to reach ten pounds lost (out of the at least 20 I want to lose). You can see a difference in my waist size a little bit, and a lot in my face! But the difference is not as staggering as I thought, so maybe I need to lose more than 20 pounds, I don't know. But one thing at a time! I weighed in this morning at 139.5. So, what should my reward be?
