For the past 2 weeks I can't seem to get going! I took a trip out of town and allowed myself to eat whatever I want and now I can't get out of it. I have a wedding I'm in in May and want to be at my ideal weight by then, but if I continue on this path, it may never happen. I really want to get back on track...what do you guys do when you get off track. Any ideas? I'm so close to goal, yet so far away.
