I just finished my Walk Away the Pounds Video and I feel awesome! Mine is 2 miles with walking and strength training (resistance band) and it's soooo easy. I know I'll feel it tomorrow though because I always do the first few days after I get started again. It was a lot of fun and my 4 year old and 1 year old were up and moving with me the whole time. What a nice way for all of us to get moving! I can't wait to do it again in the morning.
Now I am going to clean my house!
