Default Down 25 Pounds Yipee!!!!!

My journey began on January 14, 2007 I was hating myself, didn't want to look in a mirror, I had balooned up to 260 size 22 getting tight. I had no energy and realized that this is not what I want for myself, son or husband. I had bought You on a Diet by Dr. Oz and it just made sense to me. Something clicked.

I started walking the dog and pushing the stroller for 50 minutes per day and keeping to the healthy lifestyle food choices suggested in the book. Before long the weight started to melt off.

after 2 weeks I started back at the gym and now go 5 times per week I love the kick boxing classes, but my big chest 42G (damn breast feeding boobs) always try to bounce there way out of 2 bras. Then another life changing event occured I learned about the ENELL sport bra Oprah loves. It actually works, I hardly move and I certainly don't feel like one wrong move and I could knock myself out.

So it is now February 19th and I weigh 235 and my size 20 is loose and most of my 18 fits except my size 18 jeans, but 2 more inches in the waist and they too will fit. I am definately an apple shape

So 25 pounds gone 105 pounds to go.

Here are my before and current measurements
neck 14.5 14.13
Bicept 16 15
forearm 11.25 10.75
Chest 53.5 46.5
waist 50.5 43.5
Hips 57.25 51.5
Thigh 29 27
Calf 17 16.5

Total inches lost from body 24.12 inches

I can't wait to have normal size chest, tiny waist and no fat.

I already realise that given the fact that I was 270 when pregnant with my son, I will definately need a tummy tuck as I am sure I will have a loose skin issue on my belly and boobs. But I had a vertical C-section so I tummy tuck might get rid of my hideous scar, for one that is easier to hide.

I will be thin soon!!!!!!
