S/C/G: Lost 50 lbs, regained some

Height: 5'3"

Default My "new" jeans

Back in the fall of 2004, I bought some new jeans. I bought a pair of size 18 and a pair of size 16, because I just knew that "soon" I would be able to fit into the size 16. (These are old sizes, not "vanity" sizes.)

Well, today--two and a half years later--I can finally wear those size 16 jeans. Let's just say that my resolve got derailed a couple of times during that period, and I almost just gave these jeans to Goodwill in despair. But now I'm glad I held on to them!

Great feeling isn't it. I bought some 16's too. I'm hoping to be able to fit in them after another 10 lbs.

Hi Jay!

Congratulations!

Somehow there seems to be NOTHING BETTER than fitting comfortably into a new pair of jeans- especially a SMALLER size! I LOVE wearing jeans!
