Does anyone have the nutrition info on the shakes? I don't care about the flavor. I am trying to figure out if I want to try them.... Is there soy in them or is it a sugary, sweet shake?

The Chocolate Shake it:

80 cal
.5 fat
0 chol.
220mg sodium
160mg potassium
12g total carbs
2g dietary fiber
10g sugars
8g protein

The Vanilla Shake is:

90 cal
0 fat
0 chol
240mg sodium
65mg potassium
15g carbs
1g fiber
13g sugars
8g protein

They both have soy protein, and I don't think they are too sweet. In fact, when I make the vanilla shake I add a packet of Splenda.

They've become my new favorite breakfast along with a piece of fruit. I bring the Magic Bullet to work and make my shake there.

Thank you so much! I am trying to get POP again. I decided to go back to Gold w/ Lites using substitute bars but I may buy the shakes or look on ebay.
