Default February Featherweights...spring is on the horizon

Just starting a new thread...the last is three pages long.
One thing about February is that its a time to start poring over seed catalogs in anticipation of spring in a few months...

Thank you...hugs are good things.

I'm doing better than I was--keeping busy is helping but the down time or alone time that seems to get to me. I did manage to get some details and that also helped a lot.

It looks like I'll be keeping the school counselor booked for a little bit though.

Thumbs down

Hi All,

Hard to believe that the first month of the year has bit the dust already! Time just seems to go by faster and faster.

Kat, you have the right focus. February means that Spring is around the corner.

Thought for today:

Have a great weekend!

Love,

Just a quick update...the scale actually said I weigh 196 this morning. I stepped on the bugger three times because I didn't believe it.

Kat, congratulations on the weight loss so far. 16 lbs gone FOREVER!!! How is everything thing else with jobs and school.

I had 3 test scheduled for this week, so I'm a little stressed. Test always do that to me. I usually do good, but I worry so much going into them.

Well take care
Ruth

HEY CARREE, did we lose Jana?

Overall, things are going well.

I'm trying to keep abreast of my school work, but so far my grades are all A's...its only mid-term, but I do want to maintain that.

The girls are doing well, and my son has gone from juvenile detention to a local foster care home where he will finish out the school year. He seems to be doing quite well--a lot better than he was.

As for work, I got my CDL and am now just bus driving on days when I don't have am classes. I did my first solo run the other day--scary, but I survived and figured out how to use the bloody radio (there are two microphones and I was using to wrong one--instead of talking to the school, I was using the PA to talk to the kids! Its funny now, but was disconcerting then.) I have a field trip to drive this Sat, whick works for me because I'll essentially be getting paid $11/hr to do my homework while the kids are doing their thing.

Jana--where are you?

Wow, Kat! You are one smart cookie! Glad to hear things are going so well for you.

Ruth, keep it going. You can do it one day at a time.

Forgot what Jana said she was going to be doing for a period of time. I know she said she wasn't going to be posting for awhile. Miss her.

Angry

Don't like watching us slip away to the second page so I will post a thought for today.

IF HUNGER ISN'T THE PROBLEM, HOW CAN FOOD BE THE SOLUTION?

Just a post to bump things up again...can we set the page so it loads more than 15 posts?

DR weighing later today--I'm retaining water of course.

Oh, wish me luck--I have a killer pharmacology exam later today and I'm SCARED!

Talking

I had to get on the scale three times this morning--it read 192! *naked happy dance*

I also had my first in hospital clinical today and it went really well. It took hours to do the research and prep befprehand though...look up all the lab values, look up all the medications and any interactions etc...

How are the rest of you?
