neither dh or I want to cook or fuss much tonight. It storming too bad to go out....so it looks like some egg salad on wasa and ham on wasa.

last night was broiled cicken w/green beans and 1/2 cup of brown rice. I didnt eat most of it....I just wasnt hungry

dinner tonight was fabulous! I made the chicken cordon bleu from the atkins quick and easy cook book.....it was freakin awesome! and I made the SB fake mashed potatoes (cauliflower) they were ok...but DH who LOVES mashed potatoes really enjoyed this alternative!
Last night was pretty darn good too. I did stuffed peppers (stuffed with ground beef, ground pork and tomato sauce) and ceasar salad. My husband as never eaten as well as since I started atkins again!
