Default Bob Greene - the new real thing ?

Iv'e notice a big buzz lately around Bob Greene's diet...
What is it ?
Why do everybody talk about it lately ?
What r the basics of this plan ?

Hi We wrote about the diet at http://www.3fatchicks.com/Diets/Diet...by_Bob_Greene/ which might answer some of your questions. We also have a couple of threads in our Oprah forum at http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=116 that might help.

I'm not sure if I'd call it the "new" real thing, but it's definitely easier to get your point across if you have Oprah endorsing you, lol. Change One, by Readers Digest, took a similar route by teaching you to make small changes and ease into a new and healthier lifestyle, without as much focus on food and calorie/carb details like other popular diets. I see a lot of similarities between the concepts behind the programs, even though the approaches are different.

The only thing I don't like about the new BG diet is what I think is an excessive link to commercialism.
