I am a muncher, always have been. Would it be ok to keep like a bowl of fresh (and phase I approved) veggies on my desk and just slowly eat all day? Or is there more of a reason for 3 meals 3 snacks and I am just missing it?
Hmmmm....good question. Actually eating all the time could become a really bad habit, even with veggies. They do add up, you know. You are best to portion your snacks and eat at specific times.
