I've been running 15 miles a week or so, and doing a little extra cardio to equal about an hour a day 5-6 days a week. I take Sculpt classes a couple of times a week and sometimes throw in an extra day of weight training on my own.
I aim for around 1600-1800 calories a day, 50% carb, 25% protien, 25% fat, 25 grams of fiber or more.
You look awesome!! You are great motivation for me. That is awesome that you are running 15 miles a week- how did you start? I think running is a great way to get your body in shape but I get tired after running 1 minute (lol) do you have any suggestions?
