Heart rate changing=progress?
In the 11 days I've been running, my heart rate at my hardest mph has adjusted from 164 bpm to 153bpm. Progress, I think (even if the scale in 11 days only budged .5 lbs).

The scale budging .5 lbs is great and so is the heart rate
