Good job Melissa!

Happy Anniversary Frouf!

I didn't eat breakfast because I slept late, then had Pilates class.

L: lean beef chili; milk; orange
D: going out with work colleagues but will likely have chicken and veggie something or other

Snacks: probably that Incredible Chocolate cake (CORE) and milk

I have to admit, I'm proud of how I ate today. I denied the garlic bread at lunch, the awesome (I've had them before) chocolate pecan cookies at work, and then despite not eating supper until almost 9:30 I've really done well. I'm not tooting my own horn or anything, it's just been a long time since I didn't cheat or go way off plan.
