Well I need to be here....I have been away for for some time and I have the 16 lbs to show for it maybe more....lol its been a long time and I need some of good old cyber butt kicking. So hit me with you best shot....I need to get back on track.
Go get 44 lbs. of weights, sacks of flour, cans of food...whatever...and put them in a box or backpack. Carry this around your house for awhile, but DON'T put it down right away. Then put it down and walk around your house for awhile and feel how light you feel and how H-A-P-P-Y you feel NOT having to carry around that 44 pounds!
I do this often to show myself how far I have come and to get myself out of a funk. I think too many times we think about how far we have to go and forget how far we have actually already come!
Congratulations on that 44 pounds lost! Go, girl on your way to your NEXT amount of weight lost!
Hey! Good to see you again! Time to get back to it - you've taken your break and so now its time to get back to work. You can totally do it, infact, you've done it before. Thanks so much ladies!!! I will be back in Feb for sure I will start working on the small things now....Hubby is getting better every day. He is getting back use of his hand now and things are looking better all the time so look out here I come.
Well my 37 year old hubby had a stroke....He has come a long way and is getting better evey day...so I feel like I can start back on my problems now...I have gained some but nothing I can work on....lol Its good to be back. I love your pic you look great!
