The Hillshire Farm deli meats, including roast beef and pastrami, are all 60 calories per 2 oz, so it isn't unheard of. The reason the calories are so low is that they put a ton of water in lunch meat. So the amount of protein you are getting is also probably less than you would normally find in that amount of beef.
I limit my calories to 1300-1400 a day, and while I do eat a lot of chicken (but in wildly different recipes, very rarely do I just eat a plain chicken breast), I also eat a lot of other meat. Lean ground beef, lean ground pork, pork tenderloin, beef sirloin, turkey sausage, etc. There are lots of alternatives to your chicken breast. Maybe you should invest in a good low-calorie cookbook (including one that gives you some fresh ideas for your chicken breast). Personally, I recommend anything by Cooking Light.
