Hi! This must be one of those questions we all want the answer to, because I've seen it as a thread several times before. Here are a few of the threads with the same question:

I weight every day because I like to see how it looks in the graph in BalanceLog. I just have to remember not to be frustrated by the ups and downs. Plus even with the ups and downs, if I am below the guide line on the graph I know I am ok.
