Default 40 pounds gone forever

I started focusing on losing weight and getting healthy January 2006. I lost about 32 pounds during 2006. I wish I had lost more, but I had some setbacks while being stressed over building and buying a house. I am now following the You On a Diet Plan by Dr. Oz and just trying to live life healthy by not eating junk and by exercising everyday. So, as of today I have lost a total of 40 pounds! I started at 266 last January and I am at 225 today. My next big goal is getting under 200...I haven't seen that weight since probably 1998 when I was about 23. I am 31 now so it's been a while....

40 pounds in one year is awesome. It's slow, steady weight loss that should stay off permanently. WTG and good luck with much continued success. These boards are a great place for encouragement and support.

Thanks for all the support! I hope to lost at least 40 more this year, but even more would be great. Just to see the numbers going down at all is wonderful!
