Smile Hi, I'm new and looking for weight loss support.
Hi! My name is Melissa and I'm the stay-at-home-mom of three little boys. L is almost 8 years old, W is 4, and our baby B is 7 1/2 months old. I've been married to my hubby Shaun for 7 years and he is trying (although not very hard) to diet with me.

I have had weight issues ever since I had my first son almost 8 years ago. I am currently 230lbs (down 2lbs since the 1st ) and my goal weight is 130lbs. My first goal is to loose 30lbs by my birthday.

I'm using the Weight Watchers points (flex I guess it's call now) plan. I have used this plan a couple times before but I am joining their online program in two weeks. Just have to wait for the extra $ to roll in first.
I look forward to meeting everyone and being a supporter here.

You will love visiting this site! There are so many people here who know exactly where you are in your weight loss jpurney and are travelling right along with you!

There are many sub-sites within the site, so take your time and read the posts. This is the most friendly and supportive place I have found.

Hug those little guys for me! My sons are 18 and 25, and I have to stand on the second step to look into their eyes, now! Fortunately they STILL love to hug their short mom!
