Lunch: 2 slices dark rye, 2 hb eggs/lf mayo/onion, lettuce sliced cucumbers, diet pepsi
1 apple
Snack: 1 slice cheese, 3 little mandarin oranges
Dinner: 1/2 steak w/onions/mushrooms, 1/2 baked sweet potato, steamed broccoli
Still hungry: 1 slice dark rye, margarine, turkey slice, diet pepsi
MUST GO EXERCISE AND DRINK MORE WATER!
